Automatic Payment Plan

Complete the authorization form (pdf) include a voided check (for checking accounts) or a deposit slip (for savings accounts) and submit to our office.

It will start with your next bill. “Do Not Pay” appears in the Indicate Payment Enclosed box on the top of your bill. This means your account will automatically be debited. Your payment will be subtracted from your bank account on the due date on the statement.

Your monthly bank statement will clearly reflect the automatic payment.

No. Hutchinson Utilities does not charge you for automatic payments, and you enjoy the savings of no postage to mail your bills!

Please resubmit an authorization form (pdf) with new bank account information.

You can cancel your authorization for automatic payment at any time by notifying us in writing or calling us at (320) 587-4746. The cancellation will take effect with your next month bill.
