Complete the authorization form below, including a voided check (for checking accounts) or a deposit slip (for savings accounts), and submit it to our office.
How soon will the Automatic Payment Start?
It will start with your next bill. “Do Not Pay” appears in the Indicate Payment Enclosed box at the top of your bill. This means your account will be automatically debited. Your payment will be subtracted from your bank account on the due date on the statement.
How can I be sure my bill has been paid?
Your monthly bank statement will clearly reflect the automatic payment.

Is there a charge for this service?
No. Hutchinson Utilities does not charge for automatic payments, and you enjoy the savings of not having to pay for postage to mail your bills!
What if I change banks or accounts?
Please resubmit an authorization form with new bank account information.
What if I try the Automatic Payment Plan and don’t like it?
You can cancel your authorization for automatic payment at any time by notifying us in writing or calling us at (320) 587-4746. The cancellation will take effect with your next month’s bill.
