Hutchinson Utilities Commission Statement on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
Hutchinson Utilities Commission (HUC) is very committed to the health and safety of our employees and our customers. Based on the latest information provided by the MN Department of Health, Center for Disease Control, and the evaluation of our Pandemic Response Plan we are taking these steps until further notice:
- Hutchinson Utilities Commission Main Office Lobby will be closed starting Tuesday March 17th at 4:00pm. Payments can continue to be made via telephone, online, or dropped off at one of HUC’s payment boxes located at the Main Office, 225 Michigan Street SE and Hutchinson City Center, 111 Hassan Street SE.
- Until further notice, Hutchinson Utilities Commission will not disconnect customers or charge late fees. As families and the community face the challenges of COVID-19, we want to ensure our customers continue to receive Electric & Natural Gas services to keep their families safe. If customers have difficulty paying their bills, we are here to help. Please contact customer service directly at (320) 234-0502 to set up a payment plan that works for you.
