New Customers – Start Service

To establish a new account, please call HUC Customer Service at (320) 587-4746 or stop into HUC’s office located at 225 Michigan Street SE.

A Security Deposit may be required as a condition of obtaining new service if they have an unacceptable credit history. (See HUC’s Deposit Requirement Residential or HUC’s Deposit Requirement Commercial/Industrial)

Please allow one to two business days to complete your request. Customer Service hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


Stop Service

To stop service on an existing account, please call HUC’s Customer Service at (320) 587-4746 or stop into HUC’s office located at 225 Michigan Street SE. Please be prepared to provide a forwarding address to ensure your final bill reaches your new location.

Please allow one to two business days to complete your request. Customer Service hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


Existing Customers – Transfer Service

If you are moving from one residence in HUC’s Customer Service area to another, please call HUC Customer Service at (320) 587-4746 or stop into HUC’s office located at 225 Michigan Street SE.

In some cases, a Security Deposit may be required. Existing or previous customers may be required to provide a Security Deposit as a condition of obtaining new service if they have an unacceptable credit history.  (See HUC’s Deposit Requirement Residential or HUC’s Deposit Requirement Commercial/Industrial).
