Energy Conservation Items and Rebate Amounts

To promote Energy Conservation, Hutchinson Utilities Commission (HUC) is offering rebates to customers in Hutchinson who perform energy conservation improvements to their homes or businesses.

Rebates are available on a first-come/first served basis from January 01, 2010 until funds are depleted. Rebates are offered on items that are purchased and installed on or after the start date. In the event the program is discontinued due to depleted funds, H.U.C will not provide a rebate for items installed between the discontinued date and the end of that year. All rebates are limited to one application per service address during the active programs. There are rebates up to $500 for the Residential Program and a Prescriptive Rebate Program for commercial customers, as well as Custom Commercial Rebate Programs for larger commercial projects.
